SALT LAKE BOARD OF REALTORS®
George C. Craker Affiliate of the Year

In order to be eligible for this award, the nominee must:

1. Be a dues paying affiliate member for all of 2007.

2. Award is based on service and accomplishments with the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®.

3. Applicant must have met the criteria prior to December 31st of the year preceding the REALTORS® Awards Luncheon.

4. Any member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® may nominate an affiliate.

5. The Affiliate can only be the "Affiliate of the Year" one time.

6. Applicant must have demonstrated ethical conduct. Someone having been found guilty of unethical conduct will not be considered for the award.

7. Any application received that does not contain all of the required criteria will be rejected.

8. Finalists and applications may be audited or interviewed by the Affliate of the Year Committee.

 Application Form. All Applications/Nominations must be received by the SLBR Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 11, 2008.

The Awards will be presented at the REALTORS® 2008 Awards Event.
