SALT LAKE BOARD OF REALTORS® SLBR Transaction Ledger Instructions
The Transaction Ledger may be downloaded in an Excel Spreadsheet HERE.
The SLBR Transaction Ledger must be filled out completely in order to apply for the Rookie of the Year Award, Small Sales Team of the Year, Large Sales Team of the Year and the Salesperson of the Year.
A printable copy of the Transaction Ledger Instructions is available HERE.
(Hint: Most required ledger information can be found by printing out a list of your transaction from the MLS)
A- All closed transactions (Both MLS and non-MLS) are to be listed on ledger in a chronological order (by date closed)
B- Ledgers must be submitted in an Electronic Accessible Format (Using Excel) on a CD or by email.
C- If transaction was reported on the Wasatch Front Regional MLS AND Applicant's and/or Team Member's Name is showing on the MLS as the Sales or Listing Agent, then you can simply copy information onto this ledger.
D- If the transaction was NOT reported through the Wasatch Front Regional MLS, and/or if Applicant's or Team member's name is NOT showing on the MLS as the Sales or Listing Agent, then still include on ledger, but the following additional information is required and must be submitted with the completed transaction ledger: 1- Copy of Executed HUD closing document on that transaction 2- Copy of first page of Listing and/or Sales Agreement showing applicant's or team member's name. 3- Include an explanation of why Applicant's or Team member's name is different than that showing on MLS 4- All documentation must be submitted in a neat, organized form that is easy to read and verify.
E- Where applicant or team is BOTH the Listing AND the Sales agent are to be shown as TWO transactions
F- If "co-agent" was involved who is not on applicant's team, only report a maximum of 50% of actual sales price. (It would be wise to write a note to explain relationship to "co-agent" and what work was performed.)
G- If application and/or transaction ledger is confusing, incomplete or misleading, it will be rejected
