SALT LAKE BOARD OF REALTORS® Residential Rookie of the Year
In order to be eligible for this award, the nominee must:
1. Have an active Salesperson's license and must have no prior licensed sales experience in the real estate industry.
2. Applicants for Rookie of the Year must apply within the first 24 months of original licensing activation.
3. Award is based on accomplishments for any twelve (12) consecutive months during the agent's first 18 months after licensing.
4. Applicant must have met the criteria prior to December 31st of the year preceding the REALTORS® Awards Luncheon
5. Any broker may submit an application of any of their finest agents.
6. A person can only apply for the Rookie of the Year Award one time.
7. Applicant must have demonstrated ethical conduct. Someone having been found guilty of unethical conduct will not be considered for the award.
8. Any application received that does not contain all of the required criteria will be rejected. The SLBR Transaction Ledger must be filled out completely.
9. Finalists and applications may be audited or interviewed by the Rookie of the Year Committee.

The deadline for submitting your nomination is January 11, 2008. The Award will be presented at the 2008 REALTOR® Awards Event.
