SALT LAKE BOARD OF REALTORS®
Salesperson of the Year,
Small Sales Team of the Year Award,
Large Sales Team of the Year Award

All three of these awards use the same form and requirements. Requirements are listed  HERE.

Salesperson of the Year Award:

This award is given to an individual sales agent. Agent may have one assistant who does strictly administrative duties and does not show homes, write offers or obtain listings.

Small Sales Team of the Year Award:

This award is given to a small sales team comprised of 2 or 3 licensed agents (including team leader).

Large Sales Team of the Year Award:

This award is given to a large sales team comprised of 4 or more licensed agents (including team leader).

In order to be eligible for this award, the nominee/team must:

    1. Have an active salesperson or broker license for the entire year of 2008.
    2. Have been in the real estate profession for at least one year as of January 1, 2009.
    3. Past award recipients may NOT apply again in the same category, but may apply in another category.
    4. Applicant and each team member must have the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® as their primary board.

Additional information and a list of required criteria are listed in the
 Application Form which must be accompanied by a completed Transaction Ledger.

The deadline for submitting your application, pictures, transaction ledger and letter from Broker is January 16, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. The Award will be presented at the 2008 REALTOR® Awards Event.
