The Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® (SLBR)
is an organization established to maximize its members' success in the real estate industry by offering professional support services and requiring ethical standards of practice. As a member of the SLBR, you automatically enjoy membership in the Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR.)
The SLBR is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of your peers elected from within board membership. Additionally, the board has a full-time staff dedicated to maximizing your success.
In order to become a member of the Salt Lake Board, simply follow these 6 easy steps:
- First you need to have an active real estate license and place it with a member broker. (Contact the Division of Real Estate for the licensing requirements.)
- Fill out and have your broker sign the
Membership Application Form.
- Calculate the required fees by using the Fee Proration Table.
- Submit your application AND payment to the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® at 230 W. Towne Ridge Parkway, #200, Sandy, UT 84070.
- Register for the Orientation and Code of Ethics classes and complete the courses within 60 days of submitting your application for membership.
- Register for and complete the New Member Introduction to Forms and the Affiliated Services/Professional Standards courses within 6 months of submitting your application for membership.
- Congratulations! You are now a member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®!
