Fill out and sign the Appraiser Application Form.
Calculate the required fees by using the Fee Proration Table.
Submit your application AND payment to the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® at 230 W. Towne Ridge Parkway, #200, Sandy, UT 84070.
Register for the Orientation/Code of Ethics class and complete the course within 60 days of submitting your application for membership.
Congratulations! You are now a member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®!
