The Davis County Tour is not managed by the SLBR. Online registration is provided through SLBR as a courtesy to our members. Tour Coordinator Changes Monthly. TOUR POLICY

1.

Properties to be put on tour must be submitted online to the tour office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Submissions received AFTER 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for that week's tour and will need to be resubmitted. - NO EXCEPTIONS! Each agent is responsible to ensure their property submission was received by the hosting office.

Tour time is from 9:00 a.m. until 12 Noon unless there are more than 25 homes, in which case tour will be extended until 1:00 p.m. Any changes to these times will be discussed and decided at the meeting.

The agent or a representative must attend the Wednesday morning Tour Meeting (8:00 a.m.) at the LONESTAR RESTAURANT, 111 So. Frontage Rd., Centerville to verify open house information. Homes will be removed from tour if no representative is present.

Attendance for the meeting is $2.00 per person per week. Coffee and juices will be available.

5.

Properties submitted for the second time are to be marked with an * (no more than once a quarter).

N/S & E/W coordinates must be given to aid routing and to help agents find the homes.

7.

Use open house directional signs to help agents find homes. Directional signs are only permitted during actual open house times. No permanent directional signs are allowed!

8.

Tour will alternate each week between North & South. The South Tour includes all of West Bountiful, Woods Cross, North Salt Lake and Bountiful. North Tour will include all Farmington and Centerville addresses as well as all other Davis County cities north to the Weber County line.

9.

Homes are to be accessible during the entire duration of the tour.

If a sign up sheet is provided, please be courteous and sign in.

11.

Refreshments and drawings are optional.

12.

Agents please only submit properties you want on the tour by 5:00 PM on Monday prior to the tour for that week and no sooner than Thursday prior to the tour or 6 days in advance of the tour.(For example: If you have a home to be on tour Wednesday June 27 we want the submission and or fax to the office in charge no sooner than Thursday June 22 and no later than Monday June 25.)
