How do I Register for a Tour?

You can register for a tour anytime online at www.slrealtors.com click on MEMBERS and then on TOURS. Make sure you read every section before you fill out the registration sheet to make sure you are listing your property in the right area.

What if I need to cancel a tour?

Cancellations:The second no-show will make the agent ineligible to participate for 6 months. Contact Jared to cancel your REAL-Tour registration.

When do I have to pay for the tour? How much is it?

The REAL-Tours are five dollars ($5.00) per listing for the Salt Lake County tours, and two dollars ($2.00) for attending the South Davis Tours. Just bring your money to the designated morning meeting before you show your home to ensure your home stays on the website list.

If I don't have a home on tour how do I find a list of the properties?

Check out the website www.slrealtors.com under TOURS and you can print off the property list which is updated the morning of the tour. Click on the printable version to take with you and attend the morning meeting.

How many people will be on the tour?

All tours must be registered, by 12:00 noon, twenty-four hours in advance of the tour. All scheduled participants will be contacted in the event of tour cancellation. Currently, there is a 26 home limit on each tour.

When and where do we leave from?

Please refer to the REAL-Tours schedule for the location and sponsor of each tour.

Do I have to be present in order to show my listing?

There must be one licensed agent per listing address on the tour. All agents showing properties must be a licensed member of the board, actively listing and selling real estate. If the listing agent is not present, that listing will not be shown. There are no exceptions!

What is the Dress Code?

Dress code will be professional. No shorts or tank tops allowed.

Can I serve food at my listing?

Any food served during the tour should be portable and consumed while en route to the listings.

What about cell phones?

The Golden Rule. Please be courteous to your fellow agents. This applies to cell phone use. Please try to limit calls, and speak quietly. No phones are to be taken in the homes. No phone calls while an agent is trying to present a home. Please turn off cell phones or put them on vibrate prior to entering any property. NO phones are to be used in the homes.
