3 Little Pigs Home Inspections - Mold, Stucco & Radon

The Objective of this course is to educate the student so that he or she will be able to:

1) State the fundamental issues with two of the real estate environmental issues (radon and mold).

2) State health risks of Radon and proper EPA tests.

3) State main elements of valid real estate Radon test.

4) State how houses with elevated radon levels are fixed.

5) State the risks associated with mold in real estate transactions.

6) State difference of three most common stucco products used in Utah.

7) State the differences between a stucco and an EIFS inspection.

8) State accepted standards of hazardous conditions and cost effective mitigation.
