2005-2007 Core Course Video

"The REPC...What You Really Need To Know" - In this new 2005-2007 Core Course Video (required by the Division of Real Estate when renewing a license) there is a review of the provisions of the REPC that get the most "Wear & Tear". There is also a brief review of the Statute of Frauds, and a brief review of the basics of contract law. Finally there is a review of specific fact situations involving the "Wear & Tear" provisions of the REPC and a summary of things discussed.

*NOTE: This course is required by the state and is NOT the same as your NAR Required Code of Ethics Class.
