HUD Homes 101

HUD Homes 101 is a state certified three-hour course designed to assist real estate agents in representing homebuyers and investors in the purchase of a HUD home. The course is also helpful to real estate agents looking to invest for themselves. Upon completion of the course, real estate agents will know: what a HUD home is, where to find HUD homes, how to bid and conduct due diligence, how to fill out the sales contract, and how to bring the transaction to a successful close. Knowing how to operate within the HUD program, real estate agents will be better equipped to service the needs of more buyers.
