New Member Affiliated Services & Professional Development

A real estate transaction involves multiple parties. In this class new members to the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® will learn how affiliates play a key role in the real estate transaction. Mortgage, Home Inspection, Home Warranty, and Title Insurance will be covered by professionals in the industry.

The last hour of class will be spent with Dave Frederickson who will go over Professional Standards and the consequences of violating the Code of Ethics.

NOTE: This class is required for all new members within their first 6 months of joining the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® and does not count for Continuing Education for license renewal.
