New Member Introduction to Forms
No CE credit
As a new member to the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® it is crucial you understand the ins and outs of all the different forms used in a real estate transaction. This course will cover State and UAR forms as well as give you important insights about the forms that are most commonly used in a real estate transaction. In addition to covering the forms, you will be able to think about and consider different "real-life" case studies that agents encounter every day and what options are available to resolve those issues.
NOTE: This class is required for all new members within their first 6 months of joining the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® and does not count for Continuing Education for license renewal.
