How to Become a Short Sale Expert

This class is an exciting six-hour CORE CE credit course taught by Rick Roller, CRS, GRI, and Rob Calhoun. In this fun innovative class you will explore the legal, contractual, agency, and ethical issues involved in the short sale process.

You will leave the class with all the confidene and information necessary to deal with all these issues including all the paperwork, contracts, and other forms necessary for successful short sales. Each participant will receive a complete manual which will become your guide and reference after class as well as two audio CD's for reinforcing many of the skills presented in the classroom. The titles of the two CD's are "The 10 Short Sale Myths Exposed" and "Short Sales, What's Happening Now - an interview with one of the top short sale negotiators in America."
