Craig Chagnon

Craig Chagnon is the Nevada and Utah state Division Manager with Asset Preservation, Inc. Craig is a Nevada real estate licensee and has been involved in real estate for over 5 years. He holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation. Prior to his career in real estate, Craig held progressive roles in sales and marketing in the high tech industry at IBM Corporation. He currently lectures on the subject of IRC §1031 tax deferred exchanges.

His exchange presentations are always practical and feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies.

Craig received his Bachelor of Science degree in business, majoring in marketing with an emphasis on communications, from San Jose State University. In addition, he holds certificates in Internet Commerce from SJSU.
