Cheryl Knowlton
Cheryl began her career 9 years ago in the California Bay Area, obtaining her Real Estate License in order to work as a Mortgage Lender for a reputable compnay in Utah County. Since that time, she has been involved in many aspects of Real Estate, including Wholesale Lending, where she began teaching Continuing Education for both Real Estate and Mortgage. She loves travelling throughout the state to various Boards of REALTORS® to teach her popular CE Courses. As a mortgage lender, she earned her Certified Mortgage Lender designation and is also a PLM (Principal Lending Manager). Cheryl is now officially retired from lending and is pursuing real estate full time, where she specializes in new construction. She holds both the Residential Construction Certified (RCC) Certification, as well as the Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). Cheryl is an education-junkie, and is currently pursuing her GRI and PLM designations, as well as her E-Pro Certification. She has been actively involved with Women's Council of REALTORS® since 1999, and is the current President of The Utah County Chapter. Cheryl and her husband Rick absolutely love living in Eagle Mountain, where they have lived for the last four years with six of their nine children. When she finds time, Cheryl loves to read, ski, hike, shop, travel, and entertain friends and family.
