James O. (Jim) Coleman, ABR, ABRM, CRS, DREI, GRI, RECS, SHS

Real estate coaching consulting, sales, training and education have been Jim's life since 1975. National Top Producer, Jim Coleman, has been sales agent, sales manager, sales trainer, associate broker, principal broker and owner of his own firm. He is Associate Broker and partner/owner of the multi-office firm of ERA Brokers Consolidated, in St. George, Utah, a National ERA top 25 office, serving Southern Utah and Southern Nevada. Jim has served on the National ERA Training Advisory Council and the National Advisory Board of RealtyU. Jim has been a member of REAL ESTATE EDUCATORS ASSOCIATION (REEA) since early 1990's. He is a member of the Real Estate Editors Association and he writes a weekly real estate issues column for newspaper.

Jim is President and owner of PRO TRAINING SOURCE and REAL ESTATE SPECIALISTS, a Utah based Training, Education and Consulting Business. He is a provider of NAR's REBAC courses fro the ABR and ABRM designations, including elective courses, "International Real Estate for Local Markets," the Women's Council of REALTORS® "Effective Negotiating" and "Harnessing the Power" courses, the Land Institute's "Land Brokerage 101" course, and NAR's "Resorts and Second Home Markets" course. He is an Affiliate Member of RealtyU and offers the "Accredited Seller Representative", "Accredited Luxury Homes Specialist" and "Senior Housing Specialist" courses. Jim is a frequent speaker at state and national conventions, including the National Association of REALTORS®.

Jim appreciates the honor and recognition awarded him for his excellence in real estate education with the rare and prestigious "Distinguished Real Estate Instructor" (DREI) designation by the National Real Estate Educators Association. He was 1997 President of the Utah CRS Chapter and 1997 Utah Chapter President of the Real Estate Educators Association. He was recognized as the Utah 1998 CRS Agent of the Year.
