David Johnson

David is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law and a past Director of the Utah Division of Real Estate. He has served for many years as legal counsel to the Utah Association of REALTORS® and the Park City Board of REALTORS®. He has been primarily responsible for the development of most of the standardized real estate forms currently used by real estate agents and brokers in the state of Utah.

David has managed his own title insurance and escrow company. In September, 2005, he left his full time law practice to become the Principal Broker for Keller Williams Park City Real Estate.
