David Sampson

David Sampson has been active in the Utah Real Estate Industry since 1981. A past Educator he has trained agents in his company since 1985, and is the Broker/Owner of his three office company. David has taught classes and seminars for National Real Estate companies, International Relocation Organizations, The State of Utah Real Estate Dept., the Utah Association of REALTORS® and several local boards.

David has served as a member or chair of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees of the Salt Lake Board or Utah Association of REALTORS® for 23 of the 25+ years he has been in the industry.

David served on the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards from 1999 through 2005 and the National Association Interpretation Policy and procedure subcommittee from 2002-2005. In 2004 and 2005 he served as Vice Chair and Chair of the National Associations Professional Standards Forum respectively.

David has helped design and has taught the Salt Lake Board's Code of Ethics Class since 1995.
