Joel S. Hinckley

Mr. Hinckley is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Rockwell TIC. As Chair of the Investment Advisory Board, Mr. Hinckley is responsible for all of the Corporations Real Estate acquisitions.

Mr. Hinckley graduated in 1997 from the University of Utah with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Economics and went on to obtain the degrees of Master of Public and International affairs and Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 200. While pursuing his MBA he accepted a position as a Credit Analyst at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, PA. He was soon promoted to work as a Lending Analyst where he managed a portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients including such household names as Heinz, Kellogg's, General Mills, and Anheuser Busch. Mr. Hinckley concluded his service at Mellon Bank as a Country and Industry analyst, responsible for credit risk analysis for western European nations.

Before founding Rockwell TIC, Mr. Hinckley served as Director of Marketing for another Utah based Tenants-In-Common Company.

Joel and his wife, Kim, live in Highland, Utah with their four children.
