Jack Marinello is a high performance, market-wise professional. He is a nationally recognized real estate educator with over 20,000 hours of platform presentation time in front of consumers, REALTORS®, mortgage brokers and title and escrow licensees.
Jack’s real estate career spans 29 years of experience in residential sales, land development, income property trades, and property management along with mortgage brokerage. He is a licensed principal real estate broker in Utah (inactive) and California. He is known for his practical, real world experience, which he effectively communicates with clarity and humor.
Jack currently represents First American Title Agency as Director of Training for Utah. He is credentialed as a Principal Instructor for real estate and morgage lending pre-licensing and continuing education. Jack devotes his professional time to authoring and presenting state approved continuing education courses for professional licensees throughout the state.
The national Real Estate Educator's Association (REEA) has awarded Jack the designation of "Distinguished Real Estate Instructor". Less than 110 other instructors share the DREI designation across the nation.
Jack resides in the "Highlands" of Draper's Corner Canyon. For fun, Jack performs as the Drum Major of the Salt Lake Scots Bagpipe Band and plays the bagpipes competitively with the group as well. You will see him out in front of the band during the Days of '47 Parade on KSL TV and at dozens of other parades, festivals and concert venues throughout the west and Canada.
