Geni has been a member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® for fourteen years. She has received her ABR, CRS and GRI designations. She has served on many Salt Lake Board committees, as a committee member and Chair and Vice Chair, including Education, Professional Standards, Shrimpfest and Grievance committees. She has also served as Chair and Vice Chair of the UAR Convention Committee.

“I envision the Utah Association of REALTORS® as a business partner. The Board of Directors is an integral part of my "company"; the services offered and the decisions made directly influence the success of my business. A unique aspect of our industry is that our fellow membes are competitors as well as colleagues...we work together for a positive outcome of our transactions. My involvement in association and board activities as a volunteer has had a profound effect on me personally and professionally. A balanced lifestyle is the key to a thriving real estate career. I achieve that through the support of family and friends and take time to experience the journey. This is the reason I prosper. As a Director on two other business boards prior to a real estate career, I am aware of the time and commitment necessary to be effective in achieving the goals of the Utah Association of REALTORS®.
