RISCO'S ReaderKEY2 System

Our Key and Lockbox System delivers the security, convenience, reliability and performance of infrared technology in a compact, easy to use, fully-secured design. Keys are available for members of the Salt Lake Board after thay have completed their Code Of Ethics class. Bring your agreement forms signed by your broker to the class or when you come to pick up a key.

Keys are available for a $50 deposit, and $150.00 lease per year. The lease amount is taxed and prorated monthly. Key boxes are available to purchase for $97 plus tax.

Authorized Affiliates (home inspectors, photographers, etc.) who want keys may do so with a copy of their general liability insurance or a bond and completion of the Code of Ethics course. Companies must have been in business a year and members of the board for six months before they can get a key.

Assistant Keys are also available for a fee of $85.00. The real estate agent or broker must come into the Salt Lake Board office personally with the appropriate forms in order to purchase the key for their assistant.
