There is a one time $50 deposit for the ReaderKEY, plus the pro-rated yearly lease which is as shown below. (NOTE: This chart does not include pricing for any lockboxes you may wish to purchase.)

NOTE: During the last quarter of the year, your online account with the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® will be charged the yearly lease amount of $150.00 plus tax for the upcoming year's KEY lease. If you do not pay this fee by the last business day of January, you will forfeit your deposit and will have to pay the $50 again to reactivate you ReaderKEY.
