Logon and IMS Help

To protect your privacy, access to some online features are restricted. Click on the following links for step-by-step instructions on how to access and utilize these features.

How do I log on to the SLBR / IMS website?

When entering our secure Internal Member Site, you will be asked for your logon i.d. and password.

Your logon i.d will be your unique NRDS or National Member Number. (NRDS stands for National REALTOR® Database System)

You can find this number:

  1. Online with the  NRDS Roster
  2. On the membership card sent from the NAR each year
  3. On the address label of your monthly NAR magazine
  4. by emailing SLBR

Your password is usually the last 4 digits of your social security number.

How To Update Your Personal Information

Once you have logged in to the secure portion of the website, you will have the option to update your personal information. You can even upload a personal photo and add a biography that will be visible to buyers and sellers searching for a REALTOR®.

  1. Logon to IMS using your NRDS# and password.
  2. Click on the link that says "Personal Info".
  3. At this point, you will have the ability to change or add info such as your picture, your bio, your email address, home address, etc. Any changes to Office or Brokerage info need to be manually entered by SLBR staff.
  4. Once you have finished editing the information, click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the screen. This will save your changes and updates.

How Do I Locate Another Member's Contact Information?

Once you've logged on, you will see a link at the very bottom of each page for "Members/Offices". This is the link for the searchable and SECURE member database, allowing you to view contact information, photos and biographys for fellow members.

If you would like to find an affiliate member by trade, a list is available HERE. Other printable membership rosters (office contact information only) can be downloaded via the links on the left hand side of this webpage.

How Do I Register for Classes Online?

Simply follow these step-by step instructions:

  1. View the current class calendar on the Education page.
  2. Find the class you are interested in attending by using the interactive calendar on the right hand side of the page. Simply click on the dates that work for you in order to see the current schedule for that day.
  3. Once you have chosen which class you would like to register for, click on the "Register Online" link.
  4. Logon using your NRDS ID and password.
  5. From the member services menu, scroll down and click on "Register for Classes".
  6. Click on the blue "Course ID" next tot he class you are interested in registering for.
  7. Click on the blue "Class ID" next to the date of the class, then click on "Register for This Class". (Payment is required at the time of registration.)
  8. A confirmation will be emailed to you. Please read the email in order to assure that your registration was not rejected.

You may also view your SLBR Class history and requirements by clicking on the "Education Information" link from the member services menu. Clicking the "Education Tracking" link on the following page will display any open requirements.

How Brokers and Office Managers Can Manage the Office Account Online

Brokers have online access to information regarding unpaid dues and key leases for all agents in their office. If you wish to see who has or has not yet paid their fees, or if you would like to make online payments for any of your agents, you can do so by following these simple instructions.

  1. Go to www.slrealtors.com and click the "Pay Dues" button or go directly to ims.realtorsinsaltlake.com.
  2. Logon using the Broker's personal NRDS # and password. The Broker may choose to share this information with their Office Manager or Assistant.
  3. Under "Unpaid Invoices" you will see a link that says "Office Account - All Unpaid Invoices". Click that link.
  4. Click on the name of your office.
  5. You should now see a list of unpaid invoices tied to your office. (Note: Voluntary RPAC contributions are not shown here and are not included in the invoice amount.)You may check the box for any invoices that you might wish to pay and then click "Choose Payment Options".
  6. Choose the preferred method of payment.
  7. Review or input the necessary payment information (i.e. credit card number or telecheck information) and click "I Authorize This Transaction".
  8. Your Receipt will be sent via email to the address we have on file for you. Be sure to open the attachment to verify that your payment was processed correctly.

About Online Payments

All payments made online through this system are processed through the REALTOR® Ecommerce Network on a secure server inside the Member Section. The entry page and Member Section home page don't show the security popup window until you click the button to make your payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Telechecks. There is a $2,500 limit on any one Telecheck transaction.

Please Note: Due to the high cost of processing credit cards, most events requiring a pre-paid registration fee operate on a no refund policy. This policy may vary depending upon the circumstance and specific event in question. Please contact the appropriate staff liaison for more information about cancelling a registration and requesting a refund on any event.

The Internal Member Site has been designed to make it easier for you to register for classes, bus tours, and events and/or find another member's contact information, all in a secure, private setting. You may also pay your annual dues online and receive a receipt for your records instantly. If you have any difficulty using the system, please contact our Webmaster by email or by phone at 542-8840.
