The Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® is the best place for advice on resolving the disputes that sometimes arise between the individuals involved in a real estate transaction. The Board educates its members in the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. It demands high standards of compliance as a condition of membership, so ethical disputes are uncommon. When Code infractions occur, they are addressed promptly.There is an established procedure for processing complaints and disputes via the Board's mediation, arbitration and disciplinary facilities.
