Looking for a new way to impress that Gen Y client? How about sending them a customized street view property tour from google maps? I still recommend that you go with them to view the actual properties, but emailing them the "street view" itinerary is a great way to let them know where you'll be going and give them a chance to get excited about the areas before you head out to the listings.
