Can Debt Forgiveness Lead To Market Recovery?
A column by Bryan Kohler, CEO of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS, was featured in the Aug. 12 edition of Salt Lake City Weekly.
Kohler's piece centered on a proposed plan that would forgive a portion of mortgage debt on loans held by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
