Deadline For First Time Home Buyers Looming
FOX 13 Utah reported that time is running out for first-time home buyers who want to save
thousands of dollars with the new federal tax credit. The deadline has
been extended to April 30 in order to increase home sales and revive
the real estate market.
"Those first time home buyers are out there and they're creating the move up buyers and with interest rates as low as they are, the tax incentives the way they are now, it's a wonderful time to buy," said Bill Heiner of Assoc. Broker Remax & Associates.
