Economists See Positive Signs In Mortgage Rate Drop
KSL-NBC featured Ryan Kirkham, Past President of the Salt Lake Board of
REALTORS, in a story on record low mortgage interest rates. Kirkham
said he had been in the business for 17 years and never had seen rates
as low as today's.
The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is at 4.57 percent, according to Freddie Mac.
