Home Sales Up, Prices Down
The Salt Lake Tribune on Jan. 27 reported that sales of single-family homes in Salt Lake County in the fourth quarter rose 18 percent compared the same quarter in 2010.
Dave Frederickson, President-Elect of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS, said that REALTORS had seen a noticeable increase in activity. "Mortgage rates are unbelievably good," Frederickson said. "It just doesn't get much better than this."
