Housing Prices Favorable
KSTU-Fox 13 featured Bill Heiner, president of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS, in a TV interview on home prices. Heiner said that with interest rates as low as they are, housing prices are favorable and the "affordability window is wide."
In fact, a handful of areas like Draper, West Jordan and the Canyon Rim area actually saw home prices increase in this year's third quarter.
