In Bust's Aftermath, $200,000 Is Home Sweet Home

On Sunday, Feb. 27, The Salt Lake Tribune reported on how much home $200,000 purchases.

"At the height of the Wasatch Front’s real estate market, finding a home in great condition for around $200,000 wasn’t all that easy," the Tribune said. "But after three years of post-bubble price declines, something in that price range in move-in condition is vastly easier to come by."
