KSL-NBC on Jan. 12 cited the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS' 2010 Housing Forecast report which predicts that the Salt Lake housing market is on the rebound. This year there could be as many as 10,000 existing homes sold, the story said. The 5 p.m. newscast had a Nielsen audience of nearly 50,000 viewers.
