Fred Law, of Law Real Estate and a member of the Board of Directors of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS, was featured on a live interview on KSL Radio on Jan. 12. Law reviewed the 2010 Housing Forecast report, commissioned by the Board, which predicts home sales in 2010 could surpass 2009 levels by as much as 10 percent. Law also stressed that the current market was still a buyer's market, but that with low interest rates and falling home prices it was a good time to purchase a home.
