REALTORS Are Worth Their Fee
Bryan Kohler, CEO of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS, was featured in City Weekly on the benefits of hiring a REALTOR.
Kohler said that REALTORS have three distinct advantages compared to individuals with homes for sale by owner. They include: connections, time and information.
Real estate transactions involve one of the biggest financial investments most people experience in their lifetime. REALTORS must take ongoing training courses to keep their real estate licenses current. These courses include everything from ethics training and contracts to short sale negotiations and tax issues.
