Salt Lake Home Sales Rose In April

The Deseret News described Salt Lake's home sales in April as "soaring." Home sales in Salt Lake County in April were up 30 percent compared to April 2009.

"More affordable home prices are continuing to drive sales," said Bill Heiner, president of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS.

Home and condo sales in April were the strongest since April 2007.
