Short Sale Requires Patience

If you are looking for a deal in a distressed sale you better be patient, said Bryan Kohler, CEO of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS. According to a recent story in USA Today, if you are a buyer and are looking to buy a home in a "short sale," be prepared to wait up to six months for the bank to respond to your offer.
