An Overview of the Rules Governing Members of the Salt Lake Board

This section covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® Bylaws, the mechanisms for resolving disputes about ethics and rules and real estate related regulations that require explanation. The National Association of REALTORS® has established procedures for enforcing its Code of Ethics. If you believe that a REALTOR® has acted unethically, you have a right to file a formal complaint.
