  1. The Geographic area covered by the tour will alternate each week between North & South. The south tour includes all of West Bountiful, Woods Cross, North Salt Lake, and Bountiful. North tour will include all of Farmington, Centerville addresses as well as all other Davis County cities north to the Weber County line. Call the office hosting the Wednesday you are concerned with.
  2. Properties to be put on tour must be submitted online to the tour office no later than 9:00 a.m. the Tuesday immediately preceding the tour. Submissions received AFTER 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for that week's tour and will need to be resubmitted in two weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS! A property will NOT be considered for tour if submitted more than six days in advance. Each agent is responsible to ensure their property submission was received by the hosting office.
  3. Homes on tour to be open or available and accessible Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 12 noon. In the event that there are more than 25 homes, tour may be extended until 1:00 p.m. Any changes to these times will be discussed and decided at the meeting. (Prepare your sellers to plan on 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. just in case.)
  4. The agent or a representative MUST attend the Wednesday morning tour meeting (8:00 a.m. at the Cal's Deli, 700 S 700 W, Woods Cross) to verify open house information and confirm that it will be on tour that day. HOMES WILL BE REMOVED FROM TOUR IF NO REPRESENTATIVE IS PRESENT.
  5. Attendance for the meeting is $2.00 per person per week to be paid at the meeting.
  6. Properties submitted for the second time are to be marked next to the price on the tour sheet by the hosting office with an *(no more than once a quarter).
  7. N/S & E/W coordinates must be given to aid routing and to help agents find the homes. Hosting office will include these coordinates on the tour sheet.
  8. Use open house directional signs to help agents find homes. Directional signs are only permitted during actual open house times. NO PERMANENT DIRECTIONAL SIGNS ARE ALLOWED!
  9. Homes are to be accessible during the entire duration of the tour. This may be done through use of a keybox, or by having a host in the home.
  10. If a sign up sheet is provided, please be courteous and sign in.
  11. Refreshments and drawings are optional.
  12. This is not a caravan or bus tour. Individuals may show up at the home at any time during allotted hours (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
  13. Hosting Offices and Tour Coordinator changes monthly. Please refer to schedule below for scheduled tour coordinator contact information. It is advised to call the office in charge for the North or South tour schedule in order to submit properly, then after submitting your registration confirm that it has been received.
