New Members

New Members to the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® are obligated to fulfill the following education requirements.

To Be Completed Within the First 60 Days of Joining the Board:

1. New Member Board Orientation

2. NAR Code of Ethics

To Be Completed Within the First 6 Months of Joining the Board:

1. New Member Introduction to Forms (4 Hours NO CE Credit)

2. New Member Affiliate Services & Professional Standards (2 Hours NO CE Credit)


  • Failure to complete the Board education requirements will result in suspended services (and a $30 inactive fee per class).
  • Affiliate members, appraisers and transfer agents who have actively worked in real estate for over a year are not required to complete the 6 additional hours of new member education.
