Education Policy

Continuing education course cancellation requires 24 hours/1 full business day notice. Designation Courses require 48 hours/2 business days notice to cancel. Class cancellations received after these deadlines will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

The Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® is a Continuing Education provider and must comply with strict regulations set forth and enforced by the Utah Division of Real Estate. Per the Division rules all licensees must be in attendance for at least 90% of a course.

To receive Continuing Education credit you may miss the following amounts of time per class:
6 min1 CE Hr
12 min2 CE Hrs
18 min3 CE Hrs

These time limits apply even in the event of heavy traffic, severe weather conditions and the like. We monitor attendance from check-in up until check out which includes picking up your certificate of completion.

We regret to inform licensees who are not eligible for CE credit that they will not receive a refund nor will they be able to transfer their payment to another class.
