Property Tours

We encourage members of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® to participate in the Property Tours, which are held weekly on Wednesdays (North East and South East) and Thursdays (South West), or on the last Thursday of the month (North West).

Member Benefits:

  • The opportunity to show your property listing to other members of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®.
  • The option to provide feedback assessments to be filled out by the other agents on the tour. The results can be taken to your client for suggested improvements on the price or property itself
  • Clients can see their agent utilizing available resources to show property as much as possible

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE IN BY 12:00 NOON THE DAY BEFORE THE TOUR.

Meeting Locations
Each tour meets at the following location promptly at 8:00AM.

Tour Coordinates:
Divided North to South by 6200 S.
Divided East to West by I-15

Each Wednesday of the month:

  • North East: First American Title on 2733 E. Parleys Way
  • South East: Realtor® Campus Business Center on 230 W. Towne Ridge Parkway

Each Thursday of the month:

  • South West: Realtor® Campus Business Center on 230 W. Towne Ridge Parkway

Last Thursday of the month:

  • North West: TBA


EACH TOUR WILL CAP AT 12 TOUR PARTICIPANTS. IF A TOUR IS FULL, YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST.
