Tour Rules

Tour Registration

  • Register for a tour online before 12:00 p.m. the day prior to the tour.
  • There must be one licensed agent per listing address on the tour.
  • All listings on the tour must have an active MLS number before you complete the registration form.
  • Agent riding the tour needs to be a member of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® in good standing

Tour Cancellations

  • You must give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a tour and/or if you would like to replace it with another property.
  • If you fail to give notice that you will not be participating in the tour, and no-show on the tour, you will be unable to participate in the Property Tours program for 6 months. This policy will be strictly enforced to place responsibility on you as a member to not inconvenience the others on the tour and to not take up a spot on the tour. Please remember to call and give notice if you are unable to attend. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

Maximum Number of Participants

  • We will now cap the tours at 12 participants. Any who wish to add after the tour is full, will be added to a waiting list. If any cancel their tour registration, the participants on the waiting list will be able to participate in the order they are on the list.

Frequency

  • A property may be on a tour no more than one time every six months (with the same listing agent)

Cell Phones

  • NO phones are to be used in the homes. No phone calls are allowed while an agent is trying to present a home. Please turn off cell phones or put them on vibrate prior to entering any property and during the morning meeting.

BE COURTEOUS!

Failure to abide by these rules could result in a six month suspension from the tours program.
