Where is the Store located?

The REALTOR Store® located at 230 W. Towne Ridge Parkway in Sandy is open from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For your convenience, we have implemented this online version of The REALTOR Store® so you may make purchases from the comfort of your own computer.

Who can purchase items at The REALTOR Store®? Can my assistant shop for me?

The REALTOR Store® is a benefit for members only. Purchasers must hold an active real estate license and belong to an active Board of REALTORS® in the state of Utah. The order form asks for the name of your board. Orders with a missing board name will not be processed.

You can authorize someone (such as your assistant) to purchase REALTOR Store® items in your name. We need written authorization in order for somebody who is a non-member of the board to shop in the store. You can download the Authorization Form HERE. Once you have completed the form, please fax it to us at 542-8871.

Am I allowed to buy items in bulk?

We do not have a large enough storage space for overstock. Before buying in bulk, contact the store manager and he will make the necessary arrangements. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for bulk orders to be filled.

All online payment information is held on a secure server to ensure your safety.

Can I have a sign custom made?

We do not have the capabilities to make custom signs. You will need to contact a local sign shop.

Can I order Real Estate Forms in bulk?

Yes, they can be ordered in bulk. Either place your order online here or contact the store manager for more information.

How will my order be shipped? How much are my shipping charges going to be?

Your subtotal in the checkout includes sales tax but not shipping and handling costs. These are calculated after your order has been received and are determined by the size, weight and method of shipping necessary for your order. Although we attempt to send all orders via the US Postal Service, some items do not meet their requirements. These items will be delivered to you via Courier Express or another comparable shipper.

This candle comes in different scents. How do I order a particular scent/color/size?

Some items sold in the store come in a variety of colors, sizes or styles. If the item you wish to purchase lists a choice of colors, perfumes or styles in the online description, please indicate your preference in the box provided at the end of the online payment form.
